RMA Policy

If you order one of our products, you have legal rights known as 'consumer guarantees' which apply for a reasonable time from the date of your purchase and regardless of this Policy or DJI's Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. These policies apply in addition to the rights you have at law and are not intended to limit, modify or restrict your consumer guarantee rights in any way. DJI guarantees that subject to the following conditions, refund and replacement can be requested within 7 calendar days (actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received) and replacement can be requested within 15 calendar days (actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received). In order to request a refund or to replace a product please contact us. You will be required to fill out a Repair Form which should be sent to us along with the to-be-repaired unit. 1. Refund policy 1) Within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition. 2) Within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect. 2. A refund will not be provided in following cases 1) The refund was requested beyond 7 calendars days of purchase; 2) Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches. 3) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with. 4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation. 5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration. 6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike. 3. Replacement policy 1) Within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition. 2) Within 15 calendar days of purchase if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit. 3) Within 15 calendar days of purchase if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects. 4) Within 15 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect(s). 4. A replacement will not be provided within 15 calendar days of the purchase in following cases 1) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with. 2) Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error. 3) Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by DJI Technical Support. 4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation. 5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration. 6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike. 5. Miscellaneous 1) Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above. We will tell you what these costs are in advance. 2) For replacements, only defective parts will be replaced. 3) We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to, including where there is a change of law.

RMA instructions

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information. 2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button. 3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry. 4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us. 5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
