For your guide, here are our product returns policies: Our company will not accept any merchandise without the according return authorization. To get this authorization and shipping procedures, feel free to contact our toll-free number. For the reimbursement of the original payment, you need to contact us within 10 days of receiving the returned items. Customers are allowed to return any “unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full money back. But, they are accountable for both the return shipping and original outbound charges. Opened and unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. But, the return of open merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. This fee covers the testing, cleaning and repacking expenses. Opened returns, on the other hand, must be in marketable condition with original packaging and materials. If you requested special orders and they were drop shipped by the manufacture, Innovative Tech do not allow any return of merchandise since we are not regularly stocked at our storehouse. For cancelled orders, our customers should understand that merchandise that is already shipped from the storehouse can no longer be cancelled. In case you refuse the order, round-trip shipping charges will be deducted from your refunds. To avoid any merchandise issue, we encourage inspecting your items before signing the delivery receipt. In case that you have spotted some possible defects, kindly note “possible shipment damage” on the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery man. If you have seen visible damages on the merchandise, please do not sign or refuse to sign the delivery receipt. Then, contact us through phone about your concerns. After our negotiation, we will process appropriate claims and deliver a replacement item, if necessary. We also encourage our customer to examine and test the merchandise within 15 days of the receipt. This can help our company in providing a quick solution to your issues. However, defective merchandises are always subject to testing.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information. 2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button. 3.
